Léopoldine and the Secret Garden
An illustrated novel that transforms hypersensitivity into a superpower. For all who feel the world intensely.
Screenwriter and author with sparkling humor, Hélène Bruller is a recognized figure in children's literature and comic books. After making her mark with Ma mère et moi or L'Autre Fille, she co-wrote the cult classic Guide du Zizi Sexuel (with Zep) and created the animated series Les Mini-Justiciers.
With over twenty years of experience, Hélène cultivates a style that is both direct and tender, giving voice to those who feel "different."
She loves exploring the complexity of emotions and inventing stories where difference becomes a strength. Her funny and benevolent pen guides each reader on the path to self-acceptance.
Julie Mellan
The enchanting brush
